Cranberry Desktop is a secure IT system with centralised storage, auditing and data backup using cloud-based services. Cranberry Desktop is designed to meet FCA and ISO27001 standards and provides the key benefits of our Cranberry Cloud hosted desktop service while running on local PCs. Cranberry Desktop provides extra layers of user control and security to better protect your company data and better meet the requirements of regulators and investors. It also gives a secure, seamless and controllable way for users to work remotely, on their own computers or devices.
Cranberry Desktop is based on Microsoft’s 365 suite of products and services. File and email data are stored and replicated across all Microsoft’s UK datacentres. Microsoft’s services are customised using Tivarri’s tried and trusted templates to ensure that compliance requirements are met. With Cranberry Desktop, users can work on documents offline, e.g, while travelling and changes can be synchronised when connectivity is restored.

We hold the ISO 27001:2013 (data security) certification. This is the leading information security standard implemented by managed cloud services vendors and is externally audited once a year. We hold the Cyber Essentials certification (a UK standard set by the National Cyber Security Centre)
Tivarri is also a Microsoft Silver Partner. This is a demonstration of the number and Microsoft technical qualifications held by our staff.
We have a licensing contract with Microsoft which means you do not have to worry about getting your own licenses. This is called a Microsoft Service Provider Licensing agreement or SPLA.
Tivarri is a Microsoft Silver Partner and both ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials certified. Our solutions are configured by default, to ensure that your critical data is protected against both internal and external threats. We deploy a variety of cybersecurity services including multi-factor authentication, email security, web filtering, anti-virus, conditional access policies (to lock down access to data from only specific locations), end-to-end encryption and mobile device management, all to keep your business safe.
Data is backed up up at Tivarri datacentres, and optionally Microsoft datacentres. Backups are encrypted using 256-bit AES and https encryption at rest or in transit.
We have 1 month rolling, 12 and 36-months contracts. The choice of contract length is largely down to customer preference. Long contracts will tend to guarantee prices for a fixed period.
The length of the migration process is dependent on business size. For a typical 10-user business, the migration process will be completed over the weekend. The new service typically goes live on the Monday morning at the start of business.
On Cranberry Desktop, Microsoft’s services are customised using Tivarri’s tried and tested templates to ensure that our client’s compliance and security requirements are met.

File storage is low cost – so for a large company data set below 1TB, there is no charge. File storage above 1TB is also available.
