We are excited to release our first ever Impact Report!

We’ve reviewed our performance across the key areas of environment, workers, community, customers, and governance – which we think are just as important as our profits.

In 2024, Tivarri decided to take on the B Corp certification process. We have completed our self-assessment, and now await an official review by B Corp. As part of that process, we developed our first Impact Report, which shares our progress publicly and commits us to our goals. We look forward to receiving our final B Corp score, and to meeting and progressing our goals in 2025.

Workers

More than half of the Tivarri team was enrolled in a continuing education program, from Microsoft Certifications to apprenticeships in Software Development.

Environment

We reduced our per employee energy consumption by 13% since last year, and we started tracking our Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions.

Community

We donated 1% of our profits from the last financial year to a local charity in Bath.

Customers

618 of the 621 support tickets that received feedback in 2024 were positive – a 99.5% success rate.

Governance

We rewrote our Company Articles to make us legally committed to sustainability and responsibility in our operations.

We have lots more to be proud of – from an industry beating employee turnover rate, to water-saving initiatives, to energy efficient facility installations, to community engagement programs, to renewing our ISO 27001 certification, to laying out a new Code of Ethics, to developing new employee training. We’ve also been transparent about our goals and the difficulties we’ve faced trying to become a better business, for our team, our customers, our community, and our planet.
